A: Just as athletic and business coaches help their clients achieve their goals, a life coach is a trained professional that helps you maximize your full potential and achieve your desired results.

Q: How can a life coach help me?
A: Life coaches are trained to ask powerful, targeted questions that help you clearly identify your goals and vision of future success. They help you identify areas of strength, as well as areas in which you may be struggling or stuck, and help you discover what is holding you back. Working in partnership with your coach, you will develop an action/growth plan, as well as strategies that will help you break through to the next level.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Current rates for working with a Create Calm Lifestyle coach are $150/session.

Q: How long are individual coaching sessions?
A: Sessions last 45 minute.

Q: How often do I meet with my coach?
A: While every client has different needs, on average, clients meet with their coach 2x/month, with up to two “check-ins” between sessions.

Q: Can I contact my coach between sessions?
A: Yes. It is natural for things to come up between sessions, and that’s what the “check-ins” are for. . Clients receive two 10-minute “check-ins'' with your coach between sessions. Your coach will work with you on the best way to schedule those. Additional check-ins are available for an additional fee.

Q: How long will I need coaching sessions?
A: That is entirely up to you. Every client is on their own journey and the duration of coaching depends on many factors, such as type and number of goal(s), or how committed the client is to the process and doing the work. Some clients may be tackling big changes, and choose to work with a coach for several months, or even a year or more. Others may have small goals that they hope to achieve quickly.

Q: How do I get started?
A: Contact us today! Your journey will begin with a brief questionnaire that is designed to help your coach better understand you. The questionnaire is confidential and only your coach will see your answers. Once the questionnaire is completed, we can schedule your first coaching session. 

Q: Are coaching sessions confidential?
A: Yes, they are completely confidential. 

Q: Is there anything I can do to prepare for my coaching session?
A: Prior to your sessions, you will receive a session prep form. This brief form will help you prepare for your upcoming session. At the end of each session, your coach will provide you with journal prompts or short assignments for you to work on between sessions. 

Q: How do I schedule sessions?
A: As of now, all sessions will be scheduled directly with your coach by phone or email.

Q: How do I pay for a session?
A: At the conclusion of each session, you will receive an email with your invoice. Payments must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
