The Ultimate Spring Cleaning Checklist

There is no better way to create calm than to deep clean your home. You don’t have to do it all at once (in fact, we do not recommend that!). Break it into doable chunks and take your time. The more attentive you are, the better you will feel. Be sure to purge as you go and lighten your load! Only keep items you use and love. If you aren’t sure where to donate your gently used items, check out our Featured Post for a list of resources.
